Jim's career in the HVAC industry began by obtaining an AOS degree in HVAC and graduating with honors from MVCC in Rome, New York. Mr. Vladuchek reloacted to Dallas in March of 1980 just in time for record breaking temperatures. "I knew after my first Texas' summer I chose the best trade to pursue" Jim says. Jim spent the next 14 years with two mechanical contractors in their commercial service divisions. Jim says his "goal was to be a top service technician". Growing in the industry Jim always stayed true to his beliefs. Jim truely believes "integrity and honesty build the core, yet I always took it upon myself to educate my customers. Thus, developing a bonding trust throughout my career. My main goal as a service technician was to someday work for a major manufacturer". Jim achieved this goal when he started his 10 year employment with Trane.
During his 10 years at Trane, Jim became the top Series R mechanic and facilitator. Among many accolades at Trane, Jim was recognized as "Service Technician of the Year", numerous "Quality Performance" recognitions and became a total asset to the company.
"I was truely blessed when I met Mike and Kevin" Jim says. At a time when Jim's current employer was struggling with internal corporate policies, Jim saw an opportunity to apply his knowledge gained from previous service managers as the new service manager for A.C.I.S.
Mr. Vladuchek has strong Christian values and lives by those values in both his personal and professional life. Jim dedicates much of his professional success to the support from his wife, Mary. Jim has been married over 14 years and has two children. Aside from faith, family and profession, Jim is extremely passionate about Salmon fishing in New York.
