On Site Motor Current Analysis (MCA)

ACIS can perform current analysis on any size induction motor regardless of the voltage. Our experienced field technicians collect and evaluate data on site. Reports can be generated on site and print outs received or sent via Email. Current analysis used with vibration analysis in some of our conditioning monitoring accounts have proved a valuable service. Trending has helped us see very early conditions before critical motors had costly catastrophic failures. We incorporate high resolution vibration data with several signal conditioning units and can detect the following electrical problems.

• Cracked Rotor End Rings

• Winding problems in Slip Ring
