ACIS offers Thermal Imaging, the detection and documentation of infrared radiation emitted from a surface or from several surfaces. All objects above the temperature of Absolute Zero emit infrared radiation. With our special infrared detection equipment, infrared radiation can be observed and recorded.

Therrmal Imaging is applicable to the following equipment:

• Electrical components: circuit breakers, switchgear, transformers, wiring,
  insulators.
• Rotating machinery: electric motors, pumps, turbine, engines, and compressors.
• Building maintence: roof leaks, insulation, air leaks, moisture detection.
• Steam and boiler: temperature gradients, insulation, steam traps and valves.
